Poor Dante. He spends his days cooped up in our apartment, dreaming of yesteryear when he was allowed to roam (somewhat) wild through the neighbourhood. When we lived on a quieter street, it was okay (although I worried about him quite a bit), but ever since moving away from that house he’s been an indoor cat, much to his eternal chagrin.

Yes, Im commenting on my own blog, how lovely!
awwwww poor guy :(
I feel his kitty pain
Hi Mare! Yeah, he gets really ansty every spring — I feel like such a bad kittymomma for not letting him out, but I dont want him smooshed under the cars and trucks that go down my street. I really hope that our next home will be more residential than where I am now so I can let him outside again.
I don’t blame you for not wanting to let him out considering you live so close to the highway.
If anything you are a good kittymomma! Poor guy, he’ll get over it….hopefully…but maybe not lol!
I hadn’t even thought of the highway, I don’t think there would be any way for him to access it. No, I’m more concerned about all of the construction trucks that go down my street now: the apartments on the corner are being renovated as is the house directly beside mine. Id worry he would get struck by one of those.
