Montreal: I wish I knew the name of the street this was on; it was the one that had the giant Milk slide during Lumière (that is what is illuminating the background in blue light).
I also wish I’d had a tripod, as this shot would have been amazing sharp. Mind you, we had been wandering around (and drinking sake out of Nalgene bottles, ooh the class!) for several hours at this point so it’s likely the shot would have been blurry even with the tripod.

Im off to Montreal tomorrow for my birthday weekend with some of my favourite people on the planet. This seems to be becoming a bit of a trend with me, the first time I went there I went with Ash and Elisa (hi kiwis!!), this time Im roattripping with Chris, Hilary and Christian — with several other friends meeting us there. We’re off to a party on Friday night, then Saturday is Montreal en Lumiere (their Nuit Blanche). I cant wait to see the photos this weekend will …
